Our Methodology

SBH partners with trusted experienced recruitment agencies in multiple source countries. (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, African sub continent and the Philippines)

SBH understands our clients’ requirements and operations as well as the regulatory and bureaucratic requirements for recruiting workers from our source markets to our clients situated in Saudi Arabia, GCC, UK, EU and other global regions

SBH provides a trusted collaborative project management interface throughout the recruitment between our clients and our source markets to achieve the fulfillment of our clients ‘job orders’ for workers across the relavant targetted source countries. We enable access to a much larger pool of workers for much less effort and cost.

SBH provides continued consulting support and collaboration throughout the woker contract (employee ‘life cycle’) to focus on reducing assisting clienst to maximise profitability and reduce unecessary costs due to worker disatisfaction.
