Colin is the founder and co-owner of a successful Philippine recruiting agency. He has 20 years experience in senior corporate roles managing international manpower and services businesses. Colin has developed and managed large P&Ls and overseen the recruitment, training and management of very large labour intensive projects in SE Asia, Mongolia, Africa, Middle East – Iraq, Kurdistan, KSA, UAE, Afghanistan and Central America. Colin served 9 years as a British Army Officer and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Karl Foreman – Group CFO
Karl graduated from Imperial College London, with a degree in Petroleum Engineering then qualifying as an accountant (FCCA). Karl joined SBH Workforce in 2020 as Group CFO to manage the labour supply from Africa and Asia into Europe and the Middle East having worked as CFO for a major manpower provider since 2011. Karl was raised in Saudi Arabia and has spent more than 25 years living and working in the Middle East. He represented Wales in rowing and won 5 National Championships.

David Estyn-Jones – Board Advisor
David is a senior business leader with over twenty years experience in a variety of organisations and sectors. This included four years leading a manpower services business in the Middle East which gave him the opportunity to lead large scale transition, recruitment and mobilisation initiatives in Iraq and Afghanistan on diplomatic, military and commercial projects. David has also worked as a consultant supporting United Nations projects to improve working conditions for workers from developing countries. In the early part of his career, David was an officer in the British Army’s Brigade of Gurkhas, leaving as a Major in 2003.
